2006 Wallpaper & Art Revolution: Competition Results
HOWLing Project : Round 1 "Butcher The Song"
An ongoing project where participants sign up monthly to take on a collaborative project with a universal theme of music. For the first round, tracks from two selected albums will be walled by the participants by their choosing. This is not a contest or for competition, it is purely designed just for fun and judging will not take place. Also, the project aims to try and help the participants and others to explore music they may not have heard before and spread the love of particular genres that may not usually get much attention.

The Walls:
General stuff to know:
- Anyone can participate, feel free to join and also dont be fooled in thinking that you have to make a long term commitment to this. Wallers can do only one or as many rounds of the project as they please.
- Generally be open, try to have a good attitude, and motivation to want to take part in this. Just because you dont particularly like or dislike a choice made on the subject matter then simply dont participate. With that kind of attitude, this would fail anyways as we can all do walls on what we already know and like.
- Lastly, there are essentially no rules or a specific set of guidelines to follow for the wall you may make. Do whatever you feel or want to do after hearing the track of your choosing.
- And lastly a sidenote, this will not be enforced but if at all possible, try picking a track someone else has not already taken. Though if someone has taken your choice by some chance and you feel strongly about doing that particular track, no stress, feel free to do it anyways. You will not be antagonized for it or any of the such.

Which?Waller Round 6 begins!
Round 6's theme is Schoolhouse Rock.
Your wallpaper must be a scenic wallpaper
that takes place at a middle or high
school (grades 7-12, about ages 12-18). Any series/characters (or even no
characters if you so choose) are acceptable. Characters do not need to be
students/teachers/faculty/etc, but it would probably be a little odd for them to
be hanging out in a school otherwise.
Common places in a school where you might set your scene include:
* Classrooms
* Hallways
* Locker rooms
* Cafeterias
* Gyms/pools
* Teacher's Lounge
* Rooftop
* Various exterior locations, ie sporting field/track, school entrance, school
yard, etc.
Space Academies and other non-traditional schools, as long as the are geared for
middle/highschoolers (ie the Stellvia academy) and are specifically an
institution of learning (in other words, not merely a place where
middle/highschoolers might hang around), are also acceptable.
Don't forget to use the sig attached to this post on all your submissions!
You have until June 8th to submit your walls!
